This is a replacement for the Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerator dampener assembly that can suffer problems like a bad motor, or damaged dampener causing the refrigerator cabinet to not cool properly. This is an aftermarket version manufactured by Choice Parts. It is an exact-OEM spec at a much improved price. The assembly comes with the motor assembly and styrofoam insulation, and is a drop-in replacement for the OEM 242303001 assembly.
