Return Process

  Ensure the appliance is clean, disconnected, and placed back in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient time for our couriers to collect the unit.

  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
